Baked Chicken Chimichangas
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
1 8 oz bag pepperjack cheese
1 1/2 Tbsp taco seasoning
1 lb cooked chicken (shredded)
8 tortilla shells (soft)
cooking spray
shredded cheddar cheese
sour cream
salsa
Stir together the cream cheese, pepperjack cheese, taco seasoning, and chicken. Divide among tortillas and fold up each tortilla. Lay tortillas seam side down in a sprayed pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, flip over, and bake for another 15 minutes.
Eat and enjoy! Serve with sour cream, salsa, cheese, and any other toppings you would like!
Oooh, this one not only sounds DELICIOUS, but it sounds like something my burn-my-hand-while-boiling-water self can handle! I'll have to tuck this recipe away for a later date - thanks for sharing!
